Our Services

Systems Integration

Large projects with large numbers of interdependent tasks, tight schedules and a diversity of responsible individuals can easily fail to meet target dates, and these delays often have significant impact to budget and cost overruns are often a result. Our rigorous approach to schedule management includes key factors of:

  • Schedule development and responsibility assignment for each task.
  • Frequent review of each task  with the task owner to verify status and uncover issues and delays
  • Coordination of the development of action plans to address issues/delays, including the re-assessment of project schedule
  • Tracking of issues and the associated action plans, including inclusion of the action plans into the schedule as appropriate
  • Executive updates on plans, issues and action plans

Vendor Management: An important role in systems integrations is to manage and monitor vendors focused on the implementation of their solutions.  Large implementations have risks associated with meeting schedules, budget and achieving business objectives. Vendors may be driven by resource and schedule considerations and not adequately consider supporting processes, migration, testing, and training needs. Our focus on these areas, in conjunction with our client and the vendor reduces project risk and improves the quality of the operational solution.

Our deep experience in project management across an array of large complex projects and a dedication to quality as evidenced by our ISO 9000 registration illustrates the capabilities we are able to deliver to our systems integration projects.
