Project Review and Assessments

The Winbourne & Costas, Inc. approach to project review and assessment is tied to a careful analysis of plans and objectives as well as the overall project schedule and the level of resources associated with the project. With that background we are able to perform a detailed analysis of status as linked to those plans, goals and schedule.  Our extensive project management experience as well as specific functional experience across a broad range of technology based projects, provides the basis for an effective assessment these situations.

Our clients are often interested in a confirmation of the overall health and status of a project.  Usually there are three primary concerns:

  • Is the project on schedule?
  • Can the project expect to be completed within budget?
  • Will the objectives of the project be met?

If the answers to any of these question questions is other than positive, we also need o provide specific plans to address the deficiencies and obstacles to bring the project back under control.

These reviews can range from simple reviews taking several work days, and providing a high level report card on an initiative, through more extensive reviews lasting weeks or months – depending on the size and complexity of the initiative.
