FAA Bits II
FAA BITS II is an Information Technology and Telecommunications Services Contract issued through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and is available to all Federal Government agencies.  This is a multi-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with fixed labor rates. The BITS II Team provides a full range of contract management services, including assistance with Procurement Requests and Reimbursable Agreements, assists in preparation of the Statement of Work, and invoice monitoring and processing.  Winbourne & Costas, Inc. is a subcontract to Optimal Solutions & Technologies, Inc.
